Specifically designed for use within the drilling industry with its rugged and durable properties, this traction pad is also ideal for use within any highly demanding industry sector such as gas plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities, mining operations and other industrial plants when the toughest mat is needed.
Built within this highly regarded and proven polymer compound, this heated and innovative industrial traction pad prevents and reduces ice and/or snow accumulation throughout your operations, thereby eliminating preventable hazards while increasing productivity.
This all-season option of traction pad is simple to install and uses any available power supply. While drawing a minimal amount of power depending on the environment and ambient temperatures, our heated traction pad system is ideal for all hazardous and/or high traffic situations and is the first of its kind that is suitable for Class 1 Div 2 locations.
The Arctic Pad family of mats offers the option of either stainless steel studs for extreme traction or choose our stud-less version using our newest non-studded pattern.
The Arctic Pad uses any available power supply and draws approximately 20 watts per square foot. The active current draw is subject to the ambient conditions surrounding the system as well as the specific model chosen. Common supply voltages: 110-120vac or 208-277vac on request. Moisture, chemical, and fire retardant.
