Clean surface of rotary table. Remove tong dies or similar items previously welded to the surface. The Safety Pad II FR should lay flat. Position Safety Pad II FR on rotary. Mark surface of rotary through 3/4" holes molded in the corners and center of the Safety Pad II FR. Welders chalk works well. Remove pad and weld guide pins to the spots marked from above procedure.
